Having the title of "Feast Restaurant", the Ningbo style restaurant "Hong Yun Lou" was founded at the last year of Emperor Dao Guang in Qing Dynasty. It was the largest scaled restaurant specialized for handling the matrimonial, funereal, happy and lucky and celebrated feasts in Shanghai. The illustration shows the golden shop sign of "Hong Yun Lou".
