Ingredients: 200g bacon, 200g fresh streaky pork, dried mushrooms (jituigu), chives, ginger, Shaoxing wine, salt, gourmet powder
Recipe: clean the bacon and the streaky pork and cut into quadrate pieces. Add chives, ginger and Shaoxing wine. Scald them in boiling water. Immerse and rinse the dried mushrooms in water for 5-10 minutes. Put the bacon, streaky pork and dried mushrooms in a casserole. Add some water and bring to a boil with a strong fire.
