Soups--Braised Stewed Duck in A Casserole

Ingredients: 1 old duck, ham, bamboo shoots, reed leaves, Chinese wolfberry fruits, chicken essence, gourmet powder, salt


  1. Clean the duck and simmer for 6 hours. Rinse it after it is well done and tender.
