Ingredients: 250g clams, 3 eggs, salt, gourmet powder, soy
Recipe: Clean and scald the clams. Take out the clam meat. Beat the eggs and add in some salt, gourmet powder and high stock. Stir to form a thin egg custard. Pour it in a tureen and steam over a strong fire till done. Take out and put the clam meat on the egg custard. Steam for another 1 minute. Take out and pour on some soy and serve.
