Ingredients: 200g polished round-grained rice flour, 40g dates paste, 15g pine nut, powdered sugar
Recipe: mix the flour with water and add the powdered sugar. Make a frame with a mould. Put in the dates paste and steam in a steamer for 15 minutes. Take out and knife into pieces. Put them in a dish and serve.
