Wash the streaky pork. Mix the mashed distillers' grains and Shaoxing wine to make a paste. Add salt and sugar to the paste and pickle the pork in the mixture for 36 hours.
Remove the pork. After cleaning, steam in a food steamer for half an hour. Remove and press tightly with something heavy for about 6 hours.
Slice the pressed pork and place the pieces in a bowl in order. Add baiye and delicious soup and steam for 1 hour. Finally place them in a serving dish. Pour thin paste on them and circle the dish with small cabbages.
