Pork Dishes--Steamed Streaky Pork with Kohlrabi Shreds in A Crock

Ingredients: 1,500g streaky pork, 500g kohlrabi, lotus leaf, granulated sugar, soy, chives, ginger, rice wine


  1. Wash and scald the streaky pork. After being pressed tightly, chop the pork into a square-shaped piece. Clean and shred the kohlrabi.
