Pork Dishes--Saut¨¦ed Pork Fillets on Mung Bean Sprouts

Ingredients: 200g pork fillets, 100g mung bean sprouts, refined salt, gourmet powder, Shaoxing wine, water chestnut powder, egg white, sugar, distillers' grains oil
