Pork Dishes--Stewed Fresh Ham Stuffed With Red Dates

Ingredients: 1 fresh ham (about 500g), 50g red dates, dark soy, sugar, gourmet powder, Shaoxing wine


  1. Wash the red dates and marinate in the water for about 1 hour. Depilate and clean the ham, scald in boiling water. Deep-dry till it is golden.
  2. Put water in a heated wok. Braise the ham with dark soy, sugar, and gourmet powder till the bones can be removed easily. Remove the bones and stuff with the red dates. Stew over a gentle fire. When the soup is thickened, pour it on the ham. Put the ham in a serving dish.
