Pork Dishes--Stewed Pig's Forehoof & Steamed Preserved Dried Vegetables

Ingredients: 1 fresh pig's forehoof (about 750g), preserved dried vegetables, cabbage hearts, chives, ginger, refined salt, soy sauce, white sugar, anises, Shaoxing wine.


  1. Depilate and wash the forehoof, scald and set aside. Saut¨¦ the chives and ginger, add the forehoof, stew over a gentle fire for 2 hours with Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, salt, white sugar and water.
