Pork Dishes--Braised Spareribs & Dried Yellow Croakers

Ingredients: 150g dried yellow croakers, 250g pork spareribs, spareribs sauce, chives, ginger, sugar, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce


  1. Wash the dried yellow croakers and cut into pieces. Marinate in Shaoxing wine. Wash the spareribs and chop them into pieces.
  2. Saut¨¦ chives and ginger till fragrant. Put it the spareribs and stir-fry briefly. Put in Shaoxing wine, spareribs sauce, soy sauce and water, bring to a boil with the wok tightly covered. Stew over a gentle fire till well done. Put in the wine-marinated yellow croakers and sugar and mix. Braise over a weak fire for about 10 minutes. Remove and serve.
