Pork Dishes--Deep-Fried Spareribs

Ingredients: 400g pork spareribs, seafood sauce, barbeque sauce, dark soy, light soy, oyster sauce, gourmet powder, sugar, dried pepper, garlic mousse


  1. Wash the spareribs and chop into 12cm-long pieces. Marinate in the seasonings for about 2 hours.
  2. Deep-fry the spareribs in a wok gradually from a lower heat to a high heat till done. Remove, drain off oil and set aside.
  3. Saut¨¦ the garlic mousse and dried pepper till they send pleasant smell. Put in the spareribs and stir-fry briefly. Add the seasonings and place them in a dish.
