Ingredients: 1,000g expanded tripe, 100g clean bamboo shoot shreds, 25g red pepper shreds, 10g chives, lard, rice wine, salt, gourmet powder, vinegar, chicken broth, sesame oil, chili oil, pepper, starch

Recipe: knife the tripe into thin stripes and put them in cold water and bring to a boil. After Scalding in the boiling water, take them out.
