Ingredients: 150g minced pork, bean curd sheet, oil, salt, gourmet powder, Shaoxing wine, ginger, chive shreds


  1. Put the minced pork in a bowl. Add Shaoxing wine, salt, gourmet powder, ginger and chive shreds and stir to mix them up till they are sticky.
  2. Spread the minced pork on the bean curd sheet. Roll it and knife it into diamond-shaped rolls 4 cm long.
  3. Heat a wok over a strong fire. Put in oil. When the oil is half done, put in the rolls made above. Fry till crisp and golden. Remove and drain off oil. Put on a plate and serve.
