Fish & Seafood Dishes--Stewed Fried Black Sea Cucumbers with Dried Shrimp Meat

Ingredients: 600g black sea cucumbers, 10g dried shrimp meat, chives, ginger, soy, sugar, high stock, gourmet powder, Shaoxing wine


  1. Fry the expanded black sea cucumbers in hot oil for 2 minutes. Remove and drain off water.
  2. Put black sea cucumbers in another wok and add chives, ginger, Shaoxing wine, high stock, soy, sugar and dried shrimp meat. Stew for 45 minutes till the gravy is thick. Make a paste and put in a serving dish.
