Fish & Seafood Dishes--Steamed Shark's Fins with Crab Ovum in Wax Gourd Tureen

Ingredients: wax gourd, shark's fins, crab ovum, salt, wine, gourmet powder, sesame oil, ginger shreds, pepper


  1. Scoop out the pith from half a wax gourd and shape it like a tureen. Steam the shark's fins with high stock till tender.
  2. Saut¨¦ crab ovum till fragrant. Add high stock and shark's fins. After they are seasoned, put them in the wax gourd tureen. Steam till well done. Pour on thin paste and serve.
