Ingredients: 300g fresh pomfret, 100g scallions, ginger, sugar, gourmet powder, rice wine, oil


  1. Clean the pomfret and pickle with salt, rice wine, ginger and scallion shreds. Wash and chop the scallions.
  2. Fry the pomfret in heated oil till golden. Remove. Fry chopped scallions fragrant and remove.
