Fish & Seafood Dishes--Baked Smoked Pomfret With Salad Sauce

Ingredients: 600 fresh pomfret, soy, Shaoxing wine, salad sauce, sugar, chives, ginger, onion, celery


  1. Clean the pomfret and take the meaty part. Slice it into chunks, immerse them in the mixture of soy, Shaoxing wine, sugar, chives, ginger, onions and celeries for about an hour.
  2. Take the pomfret chunks out of the mixture and put them on the iron wires. Put some wood sawdust on a heated iron plate to produce smoke. Bake them together in the same oven till done. Remove and serve with a small dish of salad sauce.
