Fish & Seafood Dishes--Saut¨¦ed Turtle Pieces with Glutinous Rice

Ingredients: 1 soft-shelled turtle (about 400g), 300g cooked glutinous rice, onion shreds, ham shreds, oil, soy, sugar, gourmet powder, powdered chicken, Shaoxing wine, black pepper


  1. Kill the turtle and scald in boiling water. Clean it and chopped into pieces.
  2. Stir cooked glutinous rice with seasonings to mix them up. Saut¨¦ the onion shreds. Put in the turtle pieces and the seasonings. Braise till the turtle is seasoned. Put the cooked glutinous rice in. Saut¨¦ them together. Remove and serve.
