Fish & Seafood Dishes--Fried Codfish Rolls with Salad Sauce

Ingredients: 500g codfish meat, salad sauce, salted egg yolk, asparagus, breadcrumb, salt, gourmet powder, Shaoxing wine, pepper, egg, water chestnut powder, oil


  1. Knife codfish meat into pieces 15 cm long, 8 cm thick and 0.3 cm wide. Cook the salted egg. Shell it and mince the egg yolk.
  2. Pickle the codfish pieces in the mixture of salt, gourmet powder, and pepper and Shaoxing wine. Make codfish rolls stuffed with asparagus shreds and egg yolk. Put them in the egg paste and take out. Coat them with breadcrumb.
