Fish & Seafood Dishes--Steamed Black Carp Mousse with Crabmeat

Ingredients: 1,500-2,000g black carp, 100g milk, 50g crab meat, 2 egg white, oil, ginger shreds, refined salt, gourmet powder


  1. Make black carp meat into mousse. Add milk, egg white and stir to mix them up. Put in a container and steam. Knife it into diamond-shaped pieces and place them in a serving dish.
  2. Braise crabmeat till it thickens. Pour it on the black carp pieces. Circle them with broccolis and serve.
