Fish & Seafood Dishes--Braised Black Carp Livers

Ingredients: black carp livers, bamboo shoots, Shaoxing wine, pepper, ginger shreds, soy, sugar, gourmet powder, stock, watered starch, oil, rice vinegar, green garlic leaves


  1. Cut black carp livers into pieces. Scald in boiling water and take out.
  2. Saut¨¦ ginger shreds in heated oil till fragrant. Put in black carp livers and stir-fry them. Add Shaoxing wine, bamboo shoot shreds, soy, sugar, gourmet powder and stock. After it is boiling, add some rice vinegar. Cover the wok and braise over an intermediate fire. When they are well done and the gravy thickens, make a paste with watered starch. Finally put done oil, pepper and green garlic leaves on them. Remove and serve.
