Fish & Seafood Dishes--Steamed Silver Carp Head with Peppers

Ingredients: 1,250g silver carp head, green peppers, red peppers, onions, garlic, ginger, garlic mousse, pepper, soy, oyster sauce, chicken powder, fish gravy, refined salt, gourmet powder, chili oil, baked tenderloin sauce, fermented soybeans


  1. Clean and cut open the silver carp head. Pickle to be seasoned. Shred onions, garlic and gingers.
  2. Saut¨¦ chive shreds, garlic shreds, ginger shreds and chili sauce and other seasonings in heated oil over a strong fire till fragrant and red gravy appears. Coat the silver carp head with it and steam for 10 minutes in a food steamer. Knife the green and red peppers into diamond-shaped pieces and stir-fry till fragrant. Place the pepper pieces on the silver black head. Pour on some done oil. Remove and serve.
