Fish & Seafood Dishes--Baked Mandarin Fish between Bamboo Nets

Ingredients: 1 mandarin fish (about 500g), 500g scallions, gourmet powder, salt, Shaoxing wine, pepper


  1. Remove the bone from the mandarin fish and pickle in the mixture of seasonings.
