Fish & Seafood Dishes--Saut¨¦ed Eel (Shan) Slices

Ingredients: 200g eel slices (shan), soy, granulated sugar, Shaoxing wine, oil, pepper, vinegar, sesame oil, water chestnut powder, chives, ginger, garlic, gourmet powder


  1. Clean the eel slices. Knife them and set aside. Put little oil in the wok and saut¨¦ chives, ginger, garlic in it till fragrant. Put in eel slices till the color changes. Add some Shaoxing wine, soy, gourmet powder, granulated sugar, pepper, and vinegar and bring to a boil. Make a paste and place it in a serving dish.
  2. Press the eel slices to make a pit in the center. Sprinkle some chives. Pour on some sesame oil. Put oil in hot wok and heat it till done. Pour the oil on the chives and serve.
