Fish & Seafood Dishes--Steamed Crabs on Bean Curd

Ingredients: 500g crabs, 1 box of bean curd, chopped pepper, chives, ginger shreds, oil, rice wine, chicken powder, gourmet powder


  1. Wash the crabs. Coat them with little water chestnut powder. Scald in boiling water to remove the unpleasant smell. Take out and set aside.
