Fish & Seafood Dishes--Fried Shrimp Meat Balls Stuffed with Crab Meat

Ingredients: shrimp meat, crab meat, salt-rising bread, oil, salt, chicken essence, water chestnut powder, pork skin jelly


  1. Wash the shrimp meat and drain off the water. Cover it with dry cloth. Make the shrimp meat into mousse, add salt, chicken essence, water chestnut powder and stir them up.
