Fish & Seafood Dishes--Fried Prawn in Hot Chicken Gravy

Ingredients: 1 big prawn about 90g, garlic mousse, red pepper grains, hot Thai chicken gravy, beef tallow, salt, gourmet powder, chicken powder.

Recipe:

  1. Clean the prawn. Drain off with dry towel. Fry in oil of 160b till bright red. Remove.
  2. Put in beef tarrow, garlic mousse and red peppers in a hot wok. Quick-fry till fragrant. Put the prawn in. Add some delicious soup and seasonings. Simmer for about 1 minute. Pour on hot Thai chicken gravy to make a paste. Remove and serve.
