Fish & Seafood Dishes--Fried Shrimp Meat Balls

Ingredients: 1,000g living shrimps, 100g cashew nuts, 250g bread, 1 egg, butter, rice wine, oil, refined salt, gourmet powder, pepper, water chestnut powder


  1. Remove the heads of the shrimps. Shell them. Shred the shrimp meat, cashew nuts, butter and bread respectively.
