Fish & Seafood Dishes--Fried and Braised Australian Lobsters

Ingredients: 1,000g Australian lobsters, 50g chives, 50g ginger, 50 garlic, 50 red peppers, fermented glutinous rice, oil, refined salt, gourmet powder, sugar, water chestnut powder, ketchup


  1. Cut lobsters into equal-sized pieces and coat them with water chestnut powder. Fry them till done. Drain off oil.
  2. Leave little oil in the wok. Put in ketchup, red pepper, chives, ginger, garlic, fermented glutinous rice and stock to season. Add the lobsters and make a paste. Pour on some done oil. Remove and serve.
