Fish & Seafood Dishes--Fried and Saut¨¦ed River Shrimps

Ingredients: 400g river shrimps, oil, salt, Shaoxing wine, gourmet powder, chives, ginger, dark soy


  1. Clean the river shrimps and drain off water. Put them in hot done oil. Fry till done. Drain off oil.
  2. Leave 25g oil in the wok. Stir-fry chives and ginger shreds till fragrant. Put in the fried shrimps, Shaoxing wine, sugar, salt, dark soy and water. Saut¨¦ till the sauce is reduced. Remove and serve.
