Ingredients: flour, done lard, 1 egg, white sesame, lettuce, bamboo shoots, ham pieces, salt, gourmet powder, leaf fat, pepper, sesame oil
Recipe: knife the lettuce into pieces and let pickle for a while. Shred the bamboo shoots and scald in boiling water to be less salty. Mix lettuce pieces, bamboo shoots pieces, ham pieces and seasonings to make a filling. Mix flour and water to make dough and mix the lard with water to make a shortening. Put the shortening in the dough and roll out the dough into circles. Add the filling on them and pinch the edges. Seal the mouths with egg paste and coat with white sesame. Fry the tarts in warm oil till ivory. Remove and serve.
