Ingredients: 1,000g wild fish head, soy-pickled pepper, oil, light soy, sugar, gourmet powder, chives, scallions, shredded red pepper, ginger shreds
- Clean the fish head and pickle in the juice of ginger and chive and rice vinegar for half an hour.
- Heat the wok and put in some oil. Cook soy-pickled pepper and seasonings till done.
- Put the fish head in a serving dish. Add soy-pickled pepper and steam till done. Remove and put the seasoning made above and some done oil on it. Serve.
