Fish & Seafood Dishes--Pickled and Steamed Fish Head with Peppers

Ingredients: 1,000g wild fish head, soy-pickled pepper, oil, light soy, sugar, gourmet powder, chives, scallions, shredded red pepper, ginger shreds


  1. Clean the fish head and pickle in the juice of ginger and chive and rice vinegar for half an hour.
