Ingredients: 150g crabmeat, 150g crab ovum, Shaoxing wine, soy, white sugar, lard, rice vinegar, gourmet powder, chopped scallions, ginger shreds, pepper, watered starch


  1. Put 30g oil in a heated wok. When it is half done, put in chopped scallions. Stir-fry till fragrant. Take out the scallions.
