Fish & Seafood Dishes--Braised Shrimp Meat with Longjin Tea
Ingredients: 200g river shrimp meat, 1g Longjin Tea, oil, salt, gourmet powder, Shaoxing wine, watered starch, egg white
Rinse the river shrimp meat and drain off water. Add salt, gourmet powder and egg white. Stir till they are sticky. Put in starch and stir to coat the shrimp meat.
Put Longjin tea in 10g boiling water. Put shrimp meat in half done oil and make it cross the oil till done. Add the tea (including the boiled water). Add some Shaoxing wine. Add gourmet powder. Stir and saut¨¦ briefly. Remove and serve.
