Ingredients:1 segment of the middle part of Jinhua ham (300g), rock sugar, sweet-scented osmanthus gravy
Clean the ham with warm water and cook for about 2 hours. Take it out and marinate it in cold water for 2 hours.
Take it out and remove the bones and the surface layer from the ham. Knife it into five pieces. Put them in a bowl with the skins downside. Add some rock sugar. Steam in a food steamer till half done. Remove the gravy. Add some rock sugar and steam till almost well done. Remove the gravy and place the ham slices in a serving dish with the skins upside.
Heat the wok. Put in the gravy (mentioned in step 2). Add some sweet-scented osmanthus gravy and concentrate it with a strong fire. Pour it on the ham slices and serve.
