Saute Mandarin Fish Shreds




INGREDIENTS

1 mandarin fish (750g), 75g leek sprouts, salt, gourmet powder, wine, pepper, egg, chives, water chestnut powder

RECIPE

  1. Remove the head, tail, backbone, skin of the mandarin fish, shred the meat, coat them with the paste made from salt, gourmet powder, pepper, wine, egg white, water chestnut powder.
  2. Move the fish shreds in the heated oil in a frying pot with chopsticks, when they are done, put them in a holed ladle to drain off oil.
