Saute Skewered Beef & hazel Grouse Meat




INGREDIENTS

250g beef, 250g hazel grouse meat, salt, gourmet powder, sugar, rice wine, soy, chili sauce, onion, ginger, garlic, water chestnut powder

RECIPE

  1. Slice the beef, hazel grouse meat into pieces 5cm long, mix them up with salt, gourmet powder, soy, rice wine, chili sauce, water chestnut powder.
  2. Skewer the seasoned beef slices and hazel grouse meat slices with 15cm bamboo thin sticks.
  3. Saute the skewered beef slices and hazel grouse slices, making them appetizing in the surface and tender inside, then place them in a dish.
  4. Sculpt the onion into a flower, put it in the centre of the dish, stand a candle on it, light the candle.
