Steamed River Crabs Shaped Like Lotus Flower




INGREDIENTS

20 river crabs, eggs, ham shreds, corianders, salt, gourmet powder, water chestnut powder, rice wine, ginger, sugar

RECIPE

  1. Steam the crabs to be done, then shell them and fry the meat, put the fried crab meat in the dried shells.
  2. Beat the egg whites to be foamy, pour it on the crab meat in the shells, then sprinkle coriander leaves and ham shreds on them. Steam them in a food steamer until the egg white looks like a flower, then place them in a dish and pour thin paste on them.
