150g chicken loin, 3g bamboo shoot shreds, 2g green soybeans, 2g bread crumbs, 1 egg white, pickled chili,
mashed garlic, ginger, chives, salt, starch, sugar, gourmet powder, vinegar, rice wine, delicious soup
RECIPE
- Grain the chicken loin, coat them with paste.
- Mix up the watered starch, vinegar, gourmet powder, rice wine and delicious soup.
- Move the chicken loin grains across the heated oil in the frying pot, take them out with a holed ladle to drain
off the oil. Saute the bread crumbs until they look yellowish.
- Saute the bamboo shoot shreds, green soybeans, pickled chili until red oil appears, put in the chicken loin
grains to saute a moment, pour the mixture 2 in, then put in bread crumbs, red oil, chive shreds, pour them in
a nest, finally, place them in a dish.
