At 1,554-1,568 Middle Huaihai Road is Lincoln Mansions that are renamed Shuguang Apartment House after liberation. The four-storey construction follows the style of Art Deco. The outer walls are covered with sandy beige facing tiles while the verandas and the space between windows vertically set in the walls are decorated by French grey ornamental lines. Geometry vignettes can be seen under the eaves and on the parapets of the upper floors of the units.
