Located at 1-7 Lane 44 West Fuxing Road, the apartment was built in 1936-1948 and was originally called Rose Villa. It is also named Seven Houses for it consists of 7 buildings of similar style. The seven buildings follow modern construction style with flat roofs, plain concreted outer walls, verandas of filleted corners and simple outer looks strengthening horizontal lines.
