Located at 40 Tianping Road, the construction is simply decorated with the main building consisting of three storeys and the side parts of two stories. The south façade of the first floor has a circular arched corridor and a terrace tops the third floor. The columns between the continuous arches feature the Mediterranean style while the engravings resemble the Corinthian style. Pillars and square engaged columns support the bottom floor near the drive way in the west of the building. The walls are painted pink and some doors and windows are edged with white frames.
